She has been behind the chair since 2006 and independently owned since 2014, cultivating a loyal, word-of-mouth clientele through consistency, expertise, and exceptional client care. Trish specializes in precision haircutting, hair extensions, custom color, and facial waxing, with a strong focus on realistic expectations, hair integrity, and long-term wearability. Known for her confidence and professionalism, she provides clear, honest guidance and will always advise when a service is not the best option for the client’s hair—ensuring every result aligns with both vision and health. Time and consistency are highly valued. While there is no cancellation fee, no-show appointments require a 50% service payment to reschedule. If any adjustment is needed, Trish is always happy to refine or redo services as necessary—no refunds, but every effort is made to ensure complete client satisfaction. Her goal is to provide a calm, professional environment where clients feel confident, cared for, and assured they are in expert hands.
